MCE wins RM37.9 million supply contracts from PROTON

MCE Holdings Berhad (“MCE”) is pleased to announce that it has secured contracts from PROTON with an approximate value of RM37.9 million.

The contracts were awarded to MCE’s subsidiaries, Multi-Code Electronics Industries (M) Berhad and MCE Hengtuo Sdn Bhd, for an 84-month period, with production scheduled to commence in the first quarter of the financial year ending 31 July 2027.

Under the contracts, MCE will supply automotive electronics and mechatronic components for a new car model.
The project supports MCE’s continued participation across multiple car models and is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share over its duration.
